A romantic two tier cake finished in soft ivory buttercream and piped in a vintage style, with ruffled frills around each tier, draped swags and fine scrollwork, a rope and shell border at the base and broad palette knife strokes textured in between. Fresh roses and lisianthus in soft pink, deep pink and peach are arranged in a loose cluster on top and tucked against the sides of both tiers, with a few more resting on the covered board. The piped lettering across the board is personalised to order. The flowers are fresh blooms rather than sugar, so they are not for eating and must be removed before the cake is cut.
