A two tier tribute cake made to mark a milestone, covered in smooth fondant and finished with hand painted folk borders in red, blue and green that run right around both tiers. An edible printed photo panel is set into each tier inside a hand gilded gold frame, and these are personalised to order from the photographs you send us. Hand modelled fondant pomegranates, one of them cut open to show its seeds, rest on the top tier and on the board among fondant leaves, alongside small modelled details chosen to reflect the person being celebrated. A gold number topper completes the piece and is non-edible, so it should be removed before serving.
