A personal, story telling cake in two tiers, finished in smooth white fondant. The lower tier carries a hand cut scene that wraps the whole way around it: a city skyline on one side, green hills and a flag on the other, and a bright blue sea running between them. Along the shore stand hand modelled figures of the family, seen from behind looking out across the water, with a set of fondant diving gear resting beside them. A flat number topper stands on the upper tier, and the raised lettering on both tiers and on the covered board is personalised to order, so the name, the age and the words along the side can all be made your own. A thoughtful centrepiece for a milestone birthday.
