We Deliver all over UAE and in temperature controlled vehicles.
Delivery Charges are based on Location and are not fixed. You can select your location on the Check out page. Alternatively, the cakes can be picked up from our branches in Dubai.
The Delivery will be attempted within the Time Range selected. However, due to any unforeseen circumstances our team will call and update you.
We request you to check your order on handover for design, spellings and condition etc. Sugaholic will not be liable for any damage to cake post handover.
Cakes are best enjoyed at Room Temperature and are recommended to be stored in an Air Conditioned Room. However, Cream Cheese Cakes, Cheese Cakes, Fruit based cakes should be stored in a Refrigerator if they are not consumed immediately.Certain Custom Cakes and Cupcakes may include wires, toothpicks, dowel rods to support the design on the cake. Please ensure they are removed before serving to guests.Cakes that have been painted or sprayed shall not be stored in a refrigerator.All Cakes and Cupcakes are fresh and handmade, they may look slightly different than images you may have seen.Please place the cake on a flat surface and avoid moving it to ensure it does not get spoiled.Please check your cake on handover for design, spellings and condition. Sugaholic will not be liable for any damage to the product post handover.
